This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the services and educational resources provided by Vekselman Method.

General Terms

We strive to ensure that our services exceed your expectations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to facilitate. You may return the service purchased within two days of the original acquisition. A different service may be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Services

If you believe the digital service provided is unsatisfactory or falls short of its description, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Digital Services

Please note that due to the nature of our digital services, once an order is confirmed and the service has been provided, we cannot issue refunds.

Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of your return request, we will evaluate it and process your refund via Stripe, a secure and widely used payment gateway. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
